研究方向:

主要研究方向为药物基因组学、生物信息学和化学信息学。主要从基因组水平研究疾病、药物和药物不良反应的关系,为临床个体化用药提供指导和解决方案。具体研究主要包括:1)运用基因芯片、新一代测序、质谱以及核磁共振等作为标志性检测手段的组学技术,对临床样本从全基因组、转录组、蛋白质组及代谢组等组学层面研究个体对药物响应存在差异的原因,分析和挖掘与疾病相关的基因、转录本、蛋白或通路;2)推断易感基因在复杂疾病中的行为,并通过实验验证基因如何影响药物有效性或者安全性的机制;3)建立严重药物不良反应病人的组织样本库,以实现资源共享;4)针对组学数据的质量控制、数据处理、统计分析、结果解析等环节,提出基于数据特征的质量评价标准,优化标准数据分析方案。
