研究方向:
1. 出生缺陷的发病机制及干预
  重点围绕先天性心脏病、先天智障、遗传性耳聋、地中海贫血、戈谢氏病等出生缺陷,寻找并确定遗传、环境和表观遗传病因,阐明发病机制,建立预警和早期诊断方法,研究基因治疗和干细胞治疗方法。
2. 血管性疾病的发病机制及治疗方法
  针对动脉粥样硬化、冠心病和血栓性疾病,重点研究血糖、肠道菌群失调、组织因子及其抑制物的变异及表观遗传修饰变化对血管功能的影响,研发抗凝生物技术新药和个性化益生菌。
