研究方向:

  围绕“RNA甲基化表观转录组的特征、调控机制和生物学功能”核心科学问题,鉴定RNA可逆化学修饰(如6-甲基腺嘌呤-m6A和5-甲基胞嘧啶-m5C等)及建立其高通量测序和分析技术体系,解析其修饰酶包括编码器、读码器及解码器等重要蛋白,阐明其作用和调控规律及对生理稳态和病理发生关联机制,探讨RNA甲基化表观转录组学调控规律和功能及其在遗传信息传递链的重要作用。
