研究方向:

1）建立表观遗传组综合分析系统：发展表观遗传组学数据分析方法，建立集数据中心、分析平台、知识库于一体的表观遗传组综合分析系统，推动在基因组尺度上对表观遗传调控机制的理解；
2）探索干细胞预编程机制：针对核小体定位、组蛋白修饰、DNA甲基化和染色质高级结构等不同表观遗传层面，研究干细胞分化潜力的表观遗传预编程机制，为干细胞应用于临床治疗做准备。
