研究方向:

1.早期胚胎发育尤其是细胞全能性建立与第一次细胞命运决定的表观遗传调控机制; 
2.利用体细胞核移植与诱导多能干细胞技术研究体细胞重编程的分子机制;
3. 利用病人诱导多能干细胞进行疾病发生机制及干细胞转化医学研究。
