研究方向:

从事表观遗传组学(epigenomics)与肿瘤, 分子标志物和表 观遗传治疗研究。已完成多个常见肿瘤的精密甲基化组学谱 (methylome), 鉴定了多个被甲基化的新抑癌基因如 PCDH10, RASAL1, ZNF382, BLU, IRF8, TET1, BCL6B, DACT2, JPH3 等, 并阐明及在肿瘤发生中的功能、分子机制及作为肿瘤标志物的潜力。
