研究方向:

主要科研领域与方向: 研究兴趣包括表观遗传学,基因组学和生物信 息学。运用高通量基因组学,同时利用分子生物学和计算生物学的方法, 采用干湿实验结合的方式,研究干细胞分化和个体发育以及人类疾病中 的表观遗传调控机制。本实验室将致力于:(1)干细胞分化过程中的组 蛋白修饰和 DNA 甲基化介导的表观遗传调控(2)动物胚胎早期发育过 程中的表观遗传调控(3)Cis-regulatory elements 如启动子和增强子在细 胞命运决定过程中的作用 。
