Epigenomic Summer International Workshop Series
In August 2016, a 10-day summer international workshop on epigenomics was successfully held at the Jiangwan Campus of Fudan University. The workshop invited 4 international experts from relevant fields abroad, and 16 experts from top research institutes in China. More than 300 participants joined together for the study of the latest research in the field of epigenomics.

This following series of videos cover epigenetic related subdivisions: 3D genome, DNA methylation and its dynamic regulation, enhancer regulation, noncoding RNA (including miRNA, circular RNA, etc.), DNA 6mA modification, RNA modification, chromatin modifications and alternative splicing, bioinformatics analysis (ChIP-Seq & RNA-Seq), and methods and databases/webmaps (ENCODE & Roadmap) commonly used in epigenomics.
